  • B. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Website. The Website includes all aspects of bookedIN.net, including but not limited to all products, software and services offered via the Website.
  • C. The Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by BookedIN. BookedIN has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.
  • D. Supplemental terms may appear on the Website or otherwise apply to particular activities or transactions. Additionally, your interactions with third parties may be governed by separate Terms of Use and privacy policies of those third parties. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.
  • E. BookedIN reserves the right to change or discontinue, or restrict or block access to, any aspect of the Website at any time. Although we generally intend for the Website to be available 24/7, it will not be available during maintenance, changes and outages and may not be available for other reasons.
  • F. BookedIN is not responsible for providing customer support, bug fixes, documentation, or any other support for the Web Site.
  • G. BookedIN cannot guarantee availability of the Website to any user.

3. Your Account

  • A. You must provide all hardware and software required to use the Website, including but not limited to a computer with Internet access, a current Web browser with cookies enabled, and a valid e-mail address.
  • B. You must create a user account to schedule reservations at the Website. You agree that information you provide when creating a user account at the Website is true and accurate, and that you will update this information promptly should it change. Failure to provide accurate information is a breach of these Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password confidential and secure. You must notify BookedIN immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You agree that if your password is used on the Website, we may attribute all use to you and you will be legally bound by it even if the person using your password had no actual authority.
  • C. When you schedule a reservation at the Website, you agree that you will either show up for your reservation as scheduled or cancel your reservation according to the cancellation policy of the service provider. You agree that you will not schedule reservations you do not intend to keep.
  • D. You agree that you are at least 16 years of age and otherwise are eligible to schedule reservations with service providers at the Website.
  • E. You agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk. Although BookedIN will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of BookedIN or others due to such unauthorized use.
  • F. You agree that you will not use the Website to impersonate or schedule reservations on behalf of another individual. You may never use another’s account without permission.
  • G. You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Website without BookedIN’s prior written authorization.
  • H. You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Website.
  • I. You agree not to use the Website for any commercial use, without the prior written authorization of BookedIN. Prohibited commercial uses include any of the following actions taken without BookedIN’s express approval:
    sale of access to the Website or its related services on another website; use of the Website or its related services for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription revenue; the sale of advertising, on the Website or any third-party website, targeted to BookedIN content; and any use of the Website or its related services that BookedIN finds, in its sole discretion, to use BookedIN’s resources with the effect of competing with or displacing the market for BookedIN.
  • J. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, such as “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that access the Website in a manner that send numerous request messages to the BookedIN servers in a given period of time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BookedIN grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. BookedIN reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases.

You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Website.

The use, copying or distribution of the Content for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not copy, distribute, alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the Website. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BookedIN, and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; or (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website.

9. Assignment

These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned in whole or part by BookedIN without restriction.

1. Plan and Pricing

  • A. Always Free: Includes a business webpage, access to all the standard features and 20 Free bookings a month.
  • B. Pay As You Go: Includes business webpage, unlimited resources, use of all standard features, and payment services.
  • C. Monthly Plans: Includes a business webpage, unlimited bookings, use of all standard features, and payment services
  • D. To sign up for Pay as You Go or Monthly Plans, a valid credit card will be required. Pay as You Go and Monthly Plans will automatically renew each month, unless you disable this option.
  • E. BookedIN offers payment processing, utilizing PayPal, at a rate of 4% for Free plan, 3% for Pay As You Go plan and 2% on Monthly Plan, plus applicable merchant processing fees per transaction to our business clients, for services or products offered through the clients’ BookedIN webpage, or the clients own web portal. Our payment processing fees and plan pricing can be changed at our discretion.

    BookedIN is the provider of the client’s BookedIN webpage, but does not have control over the information, services offered or fee’s associated to those services. In this case BookedIN clients are responsible for all information, services and fees displayed on the clients BookedIN web page, or the clients own web portal.
  • F. BookedIN is not responsible for providing customer support, bug fixes, documentation, or any other support for the Web Site.
  • G. BookedIN cannot guarantee availability of the Website to any user.

2. Premium Features

  • A. BookedIN offers an assortment of premium feature(s), information about premium features and fees are located on our website, getbookedin.com. By choosing to use BookedIN premium feature(s), you agree to receive the services offered when you signed up for them.
  • B. Purchase of BookedIN premium feature(s) is final for the timeline selected by the purchaser, such as annually, semi-annually, and monthly. BookedIN does not offer any free trial periods or money back guarantees unless other wise specified. BookedIN premium feature(s) are prepaid for the payment period selected (annually, semi-annually, and monthly) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated.
  • C. You may cancel your premium feature (s) or account at any time. Once you cancel your premium feature (s) or account you will receive a cancellation confirmation email from BookedIN. When you close your account or cancel your premium feature (s) with BookedIN, payments BookedIN has received for premium feature (s) will not be refunded, or prorated for the payment period selected such as (annually, semi-annually, and monthly). You will continue to have use of all premium feature (s) until the end of the current payment period (annually, semi-annually, and monthly), unless you close your full account with BookedIN at witch time all services will be terminated.
  • D. BookedIN will automatically renew your premium feature (s) and your selected plan level. Premium feature(s) will automatically renew for the payment period selected such as (annually, semi-annually, and monthly) or until you cancel your account, it is suspended, or terminated.

3. Payment Processing

  • A. To use BookedIN premium feature(s) or our Clients services, you must provide valid payment information such as credit card or PayPal information. By purchasing a premium feature(s), you confirm that you are the authorized user of the credit card or payment account.
  • B. BookedIN does not store or process your credit card information. Instead, BookedIN employs PayPal a trusted third-party payment processors, to store and process credit card or financial information.
