Best Online Scheduling Software for Psychology Counsellors

Insights Counselling is a network of three individually licensed counsellors in Los Angeles, CA. Each member brings unique expertise and specializes in dealing with areas such as grief, marriage and couples counselling or children. They recently hired a receptionist, Anthony, to handle their booking.

The Problem

Three counsellors meant three schedules, three client lists and three service lists. Anthony was responsible for taking appointments, making reminder calls and doing most of the customer service. The set-up meant he spent a lot of time double checking information with the counsellors and flipping through books.
